ABOUT THE SERIES

Transitions is about navigating major life changes when everything seems to be shifting at once and the mix of emotions this can stir up. Grieving the loss of love and the future I imagined, starting a new job, and accepting I had outgrown the neighborhood I called home for the last eight years was an intense transitionary season last year.

Conflicting emotions moved through me in waves; I could feel rumination, sorrow, shame, and regret in the very same hour as bursts of joy, excitement, and a deep inner knowing that my life was taking shape in the exact way it was meant to. This series honors shedding old identities that no longer serve us and stepping into courage and surrender to face what’s next.
