Refund policy

 

At Studio Skye Silver, we hope you feel an immediate connection to your new artwork the moment you open it. Each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully shipped, and it’s important to us that you feel inspired by your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to consider returns on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery date for eligibility. All artwork must be returned in the condition it was received and must include the original packaging materials. Please take care to repackage the artwork as securely as it was sent to you. As a small studio, we are unable to cover return shipping costs—customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to us. To initiate a return, email studioskyesilver@gmail.com and ship the artwork to:

Once the return is received, the artwork will be inspected to confirm it is in its original condition. If any damage is found, the value of the repair and restoration work will be deducted from your total refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a piece, the fastest way to do so is to complete the return process and then place a secondary order for the new item.

Exceptions

Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, regardless of their condition upon delivery. Additionally, because original art is a meaningful investment, we strongly encourage local customers in Southern California to schedule an in-person visit to Skye's studio to view the artwork before purchasing. This helps ensure the piece fits your space in terms of size, color, and overall impact.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us immediately and include detailed photos of the artwork and packaging. If the item is a print, we will provide a replacement. If the item is an original paintings, we will evaluate the damage on a case-by-case basis and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your order was returned and you have not received a refund, please contact us at studioskyesilver@gmail.com.
